AGO AG closes sale of Alperstedt power plant
Kulmbach, 7 March 2013: AGO AG Energie + Anlagen (WKN: A0LR41, ISIN:
DE000A0LR415) has closed the sale of its power plant in Alperstedt. The
sale contract with Energiecontracting Heidelberg GmbH had been signed in
September 2012. Among other things, it was subject to antitrust approval.
AGO AG uses the proceeds from the sale to reduce its bank debt.
