Vanstar Grants Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 03/08/13 -- The board of directors of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: VSR) approved today the grant of a total of 450,000 stock options to officers, directors, consultants and employees of the Company. The options were granted at a price of $0.11 and are valid for 5 years.
