("Strategic" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SOG) announces that Brian Lavergne has resigned from the board of directors and Jim Riddell, President and COO of Paramount Resources Ltd. and CEO of Trilogy Energy Corp., has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
