The Nomination Committee for ÅF proposes that Ulf Dinkelspiel be re-elected as
Chairman of the Board of Directors of ÅF AB, and that Anders Narvinger, Björn O.
Nilsson, Joakim Rubin, Kristina Schauman, Anders Snell and Lena Treschow Torell
be re-elected as directors of the company. The Nomination Committee proposes
Maud Olofsson and Marika Fredriksson as new directors of ÅF AB.

Dan Olofsson (Danir AB), Johan Glennmo (Danir AB) and Eva-Lotta Kraft have stood
down from re-election.

Further information about Maud Olofsson and Marika Fredriksson

Maud Olofsson was born in 1955. She has previously been the leader of the
Swedish Centre Party, Sweden's Minister for Enterprise (2006-2011) and Deputy
Prime Minister (2006-2010). Maud Olofsson is a director of LKAB, Creades AB,
Arise Windpower AB and Diös Fastigheter AB. She brings to the board extensive
experience of international relations, industrial policy and energy issues,
together with a large network of contacts. Maud Olofsson holds no shares in ÅF.

Marika Fredriksson, born in 1963, has an MBA from the Hanken School of Economics
in Helsinki, Finland. She has previously held corporate management positions
with Volvo Construction Equipment, Autoliv and Gambro. This background in
important client groups for ÅF, such as the automotive industry, enables Marika
Fredriksson to bring to the board a wealth of positive experiences and some
valuable contacts. Marika Fredriksson holds no shares in ÅF.

The complete proposal of the Nomination Committee will be presented in the
invitation to attend the Annual General Meeting of shareholders in ÅF AB. The




AGM will be held at the company's head office in Solna on Friday 26 April from
14:00 (2 p.m.) onwards.
