Lateral Capital Corp. Reports on Status of Saskatchewan Light Oil Asset Acquisition
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/11/13 -- Lateral Capital Corp. ("Lateral" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: LCP) announced today that the Corporation has entered into negotiations with the vendor of certain light oil assets in Southeast Saskatchewan, regarding an extension to the asset purchase and sale agreement (the "Agreement"), as previously announced in a press release dated December 14, 2012. Pursuant to the Agreement, as novated on January 31, 2012, the Corporation was obligated to file a (final) long form prospectus, no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 8, 2013.
