African Eagle Resources plc ("African Eagle", "AFE" or "the Company", ticker
AIM: AFE, AltX: AEA) was notified on July 12, 2010 that Mr Mark Parker, a
Director, has purchased 263,443 ordinary shares in the Company. The ordinary
shares were purchased at an average price of 3.75 pence per share. Accordingly
Mr Parker's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company is now
4,297,300 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.45 per cent of the issued
share capital of the Company.
