Constellation Brands to Report Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2013 Financial Results; Host Conference Call April 10, 2013

VICTOR, N.Y., March 11, 2013 - Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B),
the world's leading premium wine company, announced today it will report
financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended Feb.
28, 2013, on Wed., April 10, 2013, before the open of the U.S. markets. A
conference call to discuss financial results will be hosted by President and
Chief Executive Officer Rob Sands and Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer Bob Ryder at 10:30 a.m. eastern time, April 10, 2013.
Due to the pending acquisition of the remaining 50 percent interest in Crown
Imports, the Piedras Negras brewery and the perpetual brand rights for Corona
and the other Modelo brands currently sold in the U.S., the company has not yet
determined what level of fiscal year 2014 guidance will be provided as part of
these reporting activities.
