CENIT AG (ISIN: DE0005407100) - Stuttgart, March 12th, 2013 - Group sales
increase of 10% and EBIT increase of 28% compared to previous year.
Group sales increased by 10% to 118.85 m EUR (2011: 107.84 m EUR). Earnings
before interest and tax (EBIT) increased by 28% to 8.01 m EUR (2011: 6.26 m
EUR). Earnings per share (EPS) attained 0.65 EUR (2011: 0.52 EUR/+25%). On
December 31st, 2012 CENIT Group employed 675 staff plus approx. 41 trainees
and students (2011: 657 plus 31 trainees and students). On the
balance-sheet date equity capital totaled 34.65 m EUR (2011: 32.21 m EUR).
Detailed results of the 2012 business year as well as the proposal on the
appropriation of the net profits will be published together with the
approved annual financial statements on April 16 th, 2013. The figures
provided above are preliminary and unaudited consolidated figures within
the meaning of IFRS.
