Munich, March 13, 2013
UMS United Mobility Services AG, a 100% subsidiary of UMT United Mobility
Technology AG (WKN 528610, ISIN DE0005286108), has signed a cooperation
agreement with afc Rechenzentrum GmbH (ww.afc.de). afc Rechenzentrum GmbH
is the leading network provider for fixed and mobile POS terminals in
Germany which are used, among others, on POS terminals of WincorNixdorf,
Casio, Sharp, Toshiba, VeriFone or Ingenico. With a simple software update,
iPAYst (www.ipayst.com) now has access to over 500,000 POS terminals in
retail stores in Germany.
The next update of the smartphone application iPayst is scheduled for April
2013 and will unlock a variety of payment options, ranging from traditional
credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express, to
payment cards like girocard or Maestro and other payment options such as
V-Pay or JCB. Moreover, in further updates, loyalty and discount programs
for retailers, as well as a module especially designed to improve
efficiency in restaurant services (iPAYst Air Payment) and a solution
developed for C2C (consumer to consumer) payments will be integrated.

the roll-out of iPAYst in Germany. This was an important step towards a
broad dissemination of our system and another milestone towards achieving

expected to be available by the end of the first quarter, we want to offer
dealers and customers a range of unique benefits and further strengthen the
acceptance of iPAYst.'
