Copeinca: BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement by China Fishery Group Limited (CFGL)
today regarding their acquisition of shares in Copeinca ASA.
The board of directors of Copeinca (the "Board") notes that the mentioned
acquisition was one of two recent transactions announced between affiliates of
CFGL as buyers and Mr. Ivan Orlic as vendor, respectively, with reference to the
announcement yesterday by Golden Target Pacific Limited in relation to its
acquisition of shares in Camposol Holding Plc. The Board further notes that the
announced acquisition of shares in Copeinca does not increase the overall level
of pre-acceptances and other support that CFGL has already announced that they
have.
As per earlier announcements, the Board is, together with its advisors, actively
considering any and all available options to maximize shareholder value,
including by soliciting interest from potential alternative bidders. As stated,
the Board will disclose its recommendations and further relevant developments in
due course but is at this point pleased to note that interesting dialogues have
already been established with potentially interested parties attracted by
Copeinca's leading operational platform and market position.
Again, the Board strongly advises shareholders to refrain from taking any action
in respect of their shares in Copeinca which may be prejudicial to their
interests, and to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
