(NASDAQ: AXTI), a leading manufacturer of compound semiconductor substrates, today announced that Morris Young, chief executive officer, will present at the 25th Annual ROTH Conference at the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel, Calif. on Tuesday, March 19th, 2013 at 5:30 pm PT.
