Sampo's Annual Report 2012 published online
The Sampo Group has published its Annual Report at www.sampo.com/annualreport.
The financial statements of Sampo plc's subsidiaries If P&C Insurance and
Mandatum Life are also available at the above mentioned address.
In addition to the Financial Statements and the Board of Directors' Report, an
important part of the report is a video that tells the story of how the regional
insurance company Sampo became a major Nordic financial group. A central theme
of both the video and the Annual Report is the 25(th) anniversary of Sampo's
listing on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
The online Annual Report is complemented by a number of features. There are many
useful tools that enable readers to create a PDF version of it tailored to their
needs. Users can make notes in the report and then either save them on their
computer or print them up along with the corresponding pages. Selected pages can
be shared via email or in social media. Instructions on the various functions of
the Annual Report are explained in detail in the Users' Guide in the Tools menu
of the report. In addition, the Annual Report contains an extensive property and
casualty insurance and life insurance glossary.
It is possible to compare this year's report to the previous year's report. Old
Annual Reports can be accessed in Sampo's digital Annual Report Archive at
www.sampo.com/annualreportarchive. The archive contains Sampo's Annual Reports
in Finnish and English from as far back as 1980.
