We were convinced by the feature of the central archiving and forms management of the fleet system – i.e. the electronic vehicle file. It allows for an easy storage of documents and files for instant access without having to search in bins, and thus saves us a lot of time. Interesting for us is also the functionality of periodization of costs, which is integrated in comm.fleet. Incoming invoices on annual insurance premiums can be automatically broken down into monthly vehicle costs and can then be evaluated in the cost overview module on a monthly basis, explains Mr. Andreas Lemke, Sales Logistics Department at Martin Braun Backmittel und Essenzen KG.
