RIB Software AG propose a higher dividend of 0.14 EUR per share

STUTTGART, 18. March 2013. The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board of
RIB Software AG (ISIN DE000A0Z2XN6) have proposed the payment of a dividend
in the amount of 0.14 EUR per share to the Shareholders at the Annual
General Meeting. (Dividend for the Financial Year 2011: 0.08 EUR)
