H. Hendy Associates Energizes New Monster Headquarters
Incorporates Action Sports Into Every Facet of Building's Design to Create Destination Site
(firmenpresse) - NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/19/13 -- Construction is currently underway on an exciting new corporate headquarters for Monster Energy Company that was designed by leading interior architecture firm, H. Hendy Associates. To bring the Monster brand to life in its new headquarters, the sports energy company enlisted H. Hendy Associates to reinforce an action sports lifestyle in every square inch of the new space, highlighting the many athletes, musicians and personalities that are associated with the company.
The six-story, 140,000-square-foot building in Corona, Calif. is scheduled for completion in June 2013, and will facilitate 500 workstations and 175 private offices, accommodating the company's growth for at least five years. Monster purchased the large commercial space in September 2012 and will be its first-ever occupant.

H. Hendy Associates and Monster continue to collaborate closely as construction advances, infusing dynamic, innovative design elements in the new space. For example, before furniture and fixtures are installed, motocross racers were let loose on the empty floors to race through the interior and create skid marks on the concrete (see included photo). A creative "test lab" will enable employees and athletes to test new beverage products. Abundant conference room seating on each floor and new amenities will make the new headquarters a sought-after destination for employees and sponsored athletes.
