Soltera Mining Files Annual Report for 2009
(firmenpresse) - JUJUY, ARGENTINA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/19/13 -- Soltera Mining Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SLTA) () announces that its Form 10K Annual Report for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2009 has been filed with the SEC and is available for review on the SEC EDGAR website.
Because information presented in retroactive 10K Annual Reports must be current as at their filing dates, the non-financial sections of the corresponding reports for 2010, 2011 and 2012 will be almost identical to the document filed today. For this reason today's filing represents a critical first step in the Company's urgent objective of bringing its financial filings current and compliant with both the SEC and the BCSC.
Soltera Mining is grateful for the continued financial support from Goldlake Italia. Along with this arduous first step towards SEC compliance, Goldlake's financial and boardroom support has allowed Soltera to accomplish an extensive field exploration program of geological mapping, sampling and geophysical surveying aimed at detecting surface expressions of vein gold mineralization, testing the strongly gold anomalous areas of country rock, interpreting the geology, and providing a basis for drill programs to test the main gold targets at the exciting El Torno Gold Project in Jujuy, Argentina.
