Conclusion of share buyback programme of Pankl Racing Systems AG
Announcement pursuant to§7(4) of the Austrian Disclosure Regulation 2002
The current share buyback programme of Pankl Racing Systems AG was
terminated prematurely on 19 July 2010. In the period between 24 November
2008 and 19 July 2010 Pankl Racing Systems AG repurchased a total of
325,139 of its own shares via the Vienna Stock Exchange. Prior to 24
November 2008, Pankl Racing Systems AG held 62,861 own shares. As of 19
July 2010, Pankl Racing Systems AG holds 388,000 own shares, representing
9,9794% of the company's share capital.
