Notice of Change of Auditors for MGold Resources Inc.

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/20/13 -- MGold Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: MNI) (The "Corporation) announces Sievert & Sawrantschuk, LLP has at the request of the Corporation resigned as auditor of the Corporation effective February 20, 2013.

With the Corporation's move from Quebec to Alberta, The Board of Directors of the Corporation has recommended Myers Norris Penny (MNP) of Calgary, Alberta as the replacement auditor for the Corporation.

In the opinion of the Corporation, throughout the period Sievert & Sawrantschuk, LLP was the Corporation's auditor, there have been no reservation in the auditor's reports or any "reportable events" as that term is defined in Section 4:11 of National Instrument 51-102: "Continuous Disclosure Obligations".

The resignation of Sievert & Sawrantschuk, LLP has not occurred because of any reportable disagreement or unresolved issue involving the Corporation, or any consultation with the successor auditor, MNP, Calgary, Alberta.

MGold Resources Inc. is a Lethbridge, Alberta based corporation engaged in the exploration for petroleum and natural gas. The Corporation's common shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "MNI".
