BE Resources Consolidates Its Share Capital 1:6
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/21/13 -- BE Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BER) ("BE" or the "Company") would like to make the following announcement.
Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders at the company's annual general meeting held on December 31st, 2012, BE Resources has consolidated its capital on a 1:6 basis. The name of the company has not been changed.
Effective at the opening Thursday, March 21, 2013, the common shares of BE Resources will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.
Capitalization: 41,666,667 shares with no par value of which 10,007,625 shares are issued and outstanding.
