EVRY ASA: New segments

(Oslo, 22 March 2013) As previously announced, EVRY ASA is changing its segment
reporting with effect from 2013 as a result of the recent reorganisation. The
new reporting segments are Norway, Sweden and Financial Services. EVRY will
report in accordance with the new structure for the first time on 8 May 2013
when the interim report for the first quarter is published.
The Norway Segment comprises the Norwegian part of the consulting activities,
the Norwegian part of Solutions excluding the products and services portfolio
for banking and finance, and IT operating services for all Norwegian customers
except banks. In addition, the units for Global Sourcing in Ukraine and India
will report as part of the Norway segment. The consulting activities in Denmark
will also be part of the Norway segment.
The Sweden segment comprises the Swedish consulting activities, the Swedish part
of Solutions excluding the products and services portfolio for banking and
finance, and IT operating services for Swedish customers. The regional
consulting activities in Finland will also be part of the Sweden segment.
The Financial Services segment comprises the company's deliveries to banking and
finance customers in the Nordic countries and the UK. This includes the
company's solutions portfolio and operating services for its Norwegian bank
customers.
The attached table shows pro forma figures for 2012 and 2011 in accordance with
the new reporting structure.
In addition to the new segments, EVRY will continue to report revenue and EBITA
for the services areas of Solutions, Consulting and IT Operations, and there
will be no changes to pro forma figures in relation to the figures previously
presented. EVRY will also continue to provide information on the billable
utilisation rate for its consulting activities in the Norway segment and in the
Sweden segment, as well as providing figures on product sales, employee numbers
and operational investment for each segment.
