Brigadier Gold Limited: Warrant Term Extension
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/22/13 -- Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE: BRG)(FRANKFURT: B7LN) has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for the extension of the expiry dates of certain warrants previously issued by the company.
The company previously completed a private placement on Oct. 7, 2010, of 13,333,333 units at a price of 15 cents per unit, where each unit comprised one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of 25 cents on or before Oct. 7, 2011 originally and extended to April 7, 2013. The new expiry date of these warrants that has been requested extends until October 7, 2013. In the event that the common shares of the company close at a price in excess of 70 cents for 20 consecutive trading days, the company may reduce the exercise period of these warrants to 30 days after giving notice of same.
The company also completed a private placement on Nov. 12, 2010, of 8,321,828 units at a price of 18 cents per unit, with each unit comprising one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of 25 cents on or before Nov. 12, 2011 originally and extended to May 12, 2013. The new expiry date of these warrants that has been requested extends until November 12, 2013. In the event that the common shares of the company close at a price in excess of 70 cents for 20 consecutive trading days, the company may reduce the exercise period of these warrants to 30 days after giving notice of same.
