(NASDAQ: CWCO) today announced that it will host its Annual General Meeting of shareholders on May 29, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. local time at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa, Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman. Shareholders of record as of March 26, 2013 will be eligible to vote at the meeting.
Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. develops and operates seawater desalination plants and water distribution systems in areas of the world where naturally occurring supplies of potable water are scarce or nonexistent.
