(firmenpresse) - ALEXANDRIA, VA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/25/13 -- McWilliams|Ballard announced today that the sales and settlements of all 208 condominium homes at the elan Condominium, located within the new East Market shopping district in Fairfax, VA are complete. The elan, consisting of two eight-story buildings and below-grade parking, was developed by a joint venture of The Bush Companies and The Peterson Companies.
The homes at elan include gourmet kitchens, crown molding, ceramic tile floors and deep soaking tubs. There are two styles of homes available at elan -- the Classic Series and the Loft Series. The Classic series showcases elegance and style, while the Loft series offers contemporary and distinctive features including exposed ductwork and vaulted ceilings.
