Rainmaker Systems, Inc. Announces Potential Public Offering of Common Stock

(firmenpresse) - CAMPBELL, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/25/13 -- Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR) today announced that it intends to offer up to $7.2 million of shares of its common stock. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from an offering for general corporate purposes, including working capital and capital expenditures. The common stock will be offered pursuant to a shelf registration statement that was declared effective on March 7, 2011 by the Securities and Exchange Commission. An offering will be subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when an offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of an offering.
