SupplyOn AG: Change on the supervisory board - Dr. Stefan Asenkerschbaumer takes over as chairman

Hallbergmoos, March 26, 2013 - There has been a change on the supervisory
board of SupplyOn AG, provider of the leading web platform for
cross-company collaboration in the manufacturing industry: Effective March
15, 2013, Dr. Stefan Asenkerschbaumer, member of the board of management of
Robert Bosch GmbH, took over as chairman of the supervisory board of
SupplyOn AG from Dr. Rudolf Colm, who left the board of management of
Robert Bosch GmbH at the end of 2012.

supervisory board. This underscores the strategic significance of SupplyOn
for Bosch and ensures a continuity for SupplyOn that is important for the
company's successful further development,' says Markus Quicken, Chairman of
the Executive Board of SupplyOn AG, commenting on the change.
SupplyOn can look back on an extremely successful fiscal year in which
turnover grew by 16 percent to 31 million euros. In China, SupplyOn has
achieved a strategically important success in a focus region, winning a
major automotive manufacturer as a customer. The industry platform has also
established itself as the standard for supply chain management processes in
the aerospace industry with its introduction at around 1,000 aerospace
companies, e.g. as part of the Airbus rollout.
To also ensure continuous growth in the future, SupplyOn invested around 9
million euros last year in the development of its solutions. These
included, for example, an innovative transport management solution that
interlinks the material requirements planning and transport planning
processes and enables transport costs to be cut considerably. This year,
SupplyOn is planning investments of around 11 million euros.
