HELMA Eigenheimbau AG: Dividend proposal
Lehrte, March 27, 2013 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for
individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, plans
to increase its dividend by 75 percent to EUR0.35 per share. After adopting
the separate financial statements of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG as of December
31, 2012 and approving the consolidated financial statements as of December
31, 2012, the Supervisory Board at its meeting today concurred with the
Management Board's recommendation to propose that the Shareholders' General
Meeting to be held on July 5, 2013 approve the distribution of a EUR0.35
dividend per dividend-entitled share. The previous year's dividend amounted
to EUR0.20 per share.
As already reported as part of the publication of the preliminary results,
the HELMA Group posted further record earnings in 2012. Consolidated net
income amounted to EUR3.8 million in the financial year elapsed, EUR1.5
million ahead of the previous year's level. Consolidated net earnings per
share increased from EUR0.83 to EUR1.33 in 2012.
The annual report of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG will be published on April 3,
2013.
