  Reference is made to the announcements made by Artumas Group, Inc. ("Artumas")
on June 22, 2010 and June 25, 2010 regarding the agreement with Wentworth
Resources Limited ("Wentworth") to purchase 100% of the outstanding shares of
Wentworth in exchange for newly issued shares and warrants in Artumas.

  In total, 28,383,789 new shares and 14,191,888 new warrants will be issued as
consideration for the purchase of Wentworth, and the prospectus for the listing
of the consideration shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange has been approved by the
Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. Listing of the consideration shares
on the Oslo Stock Exchange is expected to take place on or about July 26, 2010.
