First Eagle Investment Management Announces 5.51% Interest in Trust Units of KEYreit
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- (Marketwire) -- 03/27/13 -- First Eagle Investment Management, LLC ("First Eagle") announced today that accounts and funds managed by it currently hold 820,000 (approximately 5.51% of the outstanding) trust units ("Units") of KEYreit, all of which were acquired since the commencement of the take-over bid by Huntingdon Capital Corp. for Units. During this period and prior to March 27, 2013, First Eagle accounts and funds acquired 656,396 Units and sold 15,196 Units resulting in a holding of 641,200 Units. On March 27, 2013, an additional 178,800 Units were purchased, bringing the percentage holding to 5.51%.
All of the Units currently held by the First Eagle accounts and funds were acquired through the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The Units referred to above were acquired and held in the ordinary course of business and were not acquired and are not held for the purpose of or with the effect of changing or influencing the control of KEYreit and were not acquired and are not held in connection with or as a participant in any transaction having that purpose or effect. Further purchases or sales in Units may be made in the future as circumstances warrant.
