Acquisition of 12,65% stake in Ziggo N.V.
The Supervisory Board and the Board of Management of Ziggo N.V. note the
acquisition by Liberty Global Inc of a 12.65% stake in Ziggo N.V. from Barclays
PLC. The Supervisory Board and the Board of Management will continue to focus on
executing Ziggo N.V.'s strategy in the best interests of its stakeholders.
