2013 - Today, Fritz Nols AG will make public the outcome of the rights
issue and gives a brief outlook into the future.
The Fritz Nols AG has successfully completed the issuance of new shares
under the auspices of Bankhaus Ellwanger&Geiger KG. The issue price was
determined at 1,00 Euro per share. A total of 201.296 new shares were
issued.
''We are excited about the positive response to our first step into the
capital market after restructuring,'' says Hendrik Klein, director of Fritz
Nols AG. The share capital of the company currently amounts to 1.401.296
Euro, the number of shares increases respectively to 1.401.296 shares.
In addition to business expansion in capital market consulting , the
company is planning national and international acquisitions in the
short-term.
