Appthority Names Mark Hodgson New Vice President of Marketing

Mark will lead Appthority's charge in global marketing initiatives, brand development, key partner relationships and demand generation.

With more than 25 years of experience in marketing technical products and services to consumers and corporations, Mark offers an extensive knowledge in building and driving customer-focused brand management. Mark's background in the mobile and Web application security spaces will aide him with his new responsibilities, which include leading global marketing programs for enterprise customers and partners.
Most recently, Mark was responsible for leading WhiteHat's marketing strategy, which included corporate marketing, demand generation and research initiatives. He has also previously served in marketing management roles at Charles Schwab, BigFix, Symantec, SecurityFocus and Hewlett-Packard.
