Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), the leading

Europe, announces that the Group's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
('AGM') will be held on Wednesday 15 May 2013 at 14:00 hours CET at the offices
of Cryo-Save Group N.V., Piet Heinstraat 11a, 7204 JN Zutphen, the Netherlands.
The agenda contains a proposal by the Board of Directors to amend the Articles
of Association in order to decrease the authorized capital. This decrease is
necessary in order to effectuate the proposed cancellation of 485,597 shares
held in treasury (representing approximately 5% of the issued share capital),
which proposal is also on the agenda.
The agenda and the explanatory notes thereto for the Group's AGM, the annual
report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2012 and the draft
deed of amendment of the Articles of Association are available for inspection
and can be acquired at no costs at the Group's offices. These documents can also
