("Caribou") (TSX VENTURE: CKR)(FRANKFURT: CB8) is pleased to announce it has retained the services of Byron Capital Markets Ltd. ("Byron") as its financial adviser. Under the terms of the agreement, Byron has agreed to help Caribou raise up to 10 million dollars on a best-efforts agency basis. Additionally, Byron will provide various advisory services concerning to Caribou's strategic external growth initiatives including potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint-venture partnerships.
