Cerro Resources: Kalman Joint Venture Change
(firmenpresse) - LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 04/03/13 -- Cerro Resources NL (ASX: CJO)(TSX VENTURE: CJO) advises that Syndicated Metals Limited has given notice of its withdrawal from the Kalman Joint Venture following earn-in of approximately $2.2M to date.
Cerro Resources will now consider its options in taking the Kalman project forward. The withdrawal by Syndicated Metals does not materially impact the Scheme of Arrangement (refer ASX announcement 22 March 2013).
