In relation to Storebrand's share purchase scheme for employees and the share
purchase arrangement for employees in management position, Storebrand ASA has
today sold 408 209 shares to employees at NOK 24.42 per share. After this
transaction Storebrand ASA holds a total of 2 716 273 own shares.
