The Company reports that Donald Huston, James Pettit, Donald Myers and Amanda Chow were re-elected directors of the Company. The shareholders of the Company also approved the re-appointment of Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants as auditors for the Company, and approved the renewal of the Company's Incentive Stock Option Plan.
