ALUMIFUEL POWER INTERNATIONAL TO APPLY FOR LISTING ON NEW EUROPEAN GXG
MARKETS
PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, 4 April 2013. - AlumiFuel Power International,
Inc. ('AlumiFuel International') (formerly Deutsche Börse Frankfurt Stock
Exchange '9AP'), announced today the Company is planning to apply for
listing on the GXG Markets during the early part of the second quarter
2013. AlumiFuel International has not been quoted since December 2012
following the closure of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange First Quotation
Board. The Company's application will seek admission to the GXG Markets'
First Quote segment, which is the new European stock exchange catering to
early stage growth companies.

GXG Markets is a European Regulated Market that operates a securities
market focusing on small and medium enterprise companies by operating a
three-tier market structure with an OTC segment called GXG First Quote (an
information and trading platform for professional investors), a
Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) called GXG Main Quote, and a Regulated
Market called GXG Official List. GXG Markets utilizes its parent company,
GXG Global Exchange Group's, proprietary electronic trading platform - GXG
Tellus. The GXG Markets have two kinds of members, Corporate Advisors and
Broker Dealers. A Corporate Advisor lists trading companies on the Market,
while an official (regulated) Broker Dealer can set up trading accounts,
trade and clear shares or debt of the exchange on the MTF and Regulated
