Archer Petroleum Corp.-Announces Appointment of New Director
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/04/13 -- Archer Petroleum Corp (TSX VENTURE: ARK)(DBFrankfurt: A6VA) ("Archer" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Joanne Yan as a director of the Company.
Ms. Yan has more than 15 years of experience in advising and managing public companies and has played a significant role in the financing and business development strategies of several North American and China-based companies. She has also been a senior corporate executive and has held board positions on a number of public and private companies. Ms. Yan is currently the President and a director of Brazilian Gold Corporation (formerly Red Dragon Resources Corp.), a TSX Venture listed company involved in gold exploration and development in Brazil. She is also a director of TSX listed companies, Hanfeng Evergreen Inc., a company that specializes in the manufacture and distribution of specialty fertilizers, Hanwei Energy Services Corp., a company involved in the business of manufacturing fiberglass reinforced pipes for oil and gas industry. Ms. Yan was a co-founder and managing director of Golden China Resources Corp., formerly APAC Minerals Inc., and was the Executive VP, director and one of the founders of CPAC (Care) Holdings Ltd., which was a publicly traded company and was acquired by Chartwell Master Cara LP in July 2005.
