Diamond Frank Exploration Inc. Changed its Name for Axe Exploration Inc.

(firmenpresse) - LAVAL, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/04/13 -- Diamond Frank Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DOD) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that following the approval of a special resolution by the Corporation's shareholders at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on March 28, 2013 (the "Shareholders Meeting"), the Corporation has changed its name and will now trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the name "Axe Exploration Inc." as of April 8, 2013. The common shares of the Corporation will be trading on the Exchange under a new stock symbol: "AXQ".

It should also be noted that a Shareholders Rights Plan, which shall be in force for a period of three (3) years, as well as an Advance Notice By-Law for the Nomination of Directors, were also approved at the Shareholders Meeting.
