Van Lanschot successfully completes securitisation transaction

Van Lanschot successfully completed the sale of ? 750 million of securitised
Dutch mortgage loans in the secondary market on 4 April 2013. On the back of
high demand, the notes were placed with a wide group of European institutional
investors.
With this transaction, which forms part of the bank's general funding
activities, Van Lanschot has attracted new external long-term funding. The notes
are priced at a spread of 95 basis points. This transaction leads to a further
strengthening and diversification of the bank's funding profile.
The notes have AAA ratings from Standard & Poor's and Fitch.
