Annual Report and Accounts for 2012

(Oslo, 5 April 2013) The Board of Directors of EVRY ASA has today approved the
company's Annual Report and Accounts for 2012. The group's profit for 2012 (pre-
tax and post-tax) is unchanged from the provisional figures reported on 8
February 2013. The Annual General Meeting of EVRY ASA will be held on 8 May
2013.
The Annual Report and Accounts will be published on www.evry.com on 22 April
2013.
