Bold Ventures Announces Grant of Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/05/13 -- Bold Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BOL) (the "Company") wishes to announce that an aggregate of 750,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company at $0.15 per share for two (2) years and 100,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company at $0.15 per share for five (5) years have been granted to two (2) Advisory Board members, two (2) consultants and one (1) Executive Officer of the Company. The options are being granted pursuant to the Company's stock option plan and are subject to exchange approval.
