Sirgant to Lead se2 Business Integration Services
(firmenpresse) - TOPEKA, KS -- (Marketwired) -- 04/09/13 -- se2 today announced that Claudine Sirgant has joined the company as vice president of se2's business integration department. Sirgant brings multifaceted experience in business re-engineering and organizational change management within the insurance and financial services industries. Sirgant will report directly to Eric Rea, se2 president. se2 is a leading provider of insurance industry business technology and processing solutions.
Sirgant will be responsible for managing the transition process for newly acquired life and annuity insurance customers who need to integrate their operations and technology. "Under Sirgant's leadership, we will help clients maximize key goals such as customer service cost management and process improvements," stated Dave Keith, CEO of se2.
Transforming a business can be complex and challenging, but the organizational benefits, if done right, make it worth the effort, Sirgant explained. Using a proven business integration methodology, se2 will direct clients through the process to enhance and increase their organizational and employee capabilities. Sirgant brings extensive experience in business transformation, organizational leadership and design, as well as large-scale program management. Her career spans 20 years in the insurance and financial services arenas, in addition to consulting with professional services, consumer products and the public sector.
She currently resides in Chicago and will work onsite with se2's clients to help ensure a smooth transition. Sirgant earned a bachelor's degree in English from Providence College and grew up on the east coast.
