(trading symbol RVTI:PK) announces that accounting and legal work to bring the company current with US SEC filings is progressing, and management expects to complete this process on schedule in May 2013. Once the US SEC filing is complete, the company will re-apply for trading in Germany, a process expected to take an additional 2 weeks.
