London Hong Kong Exchange Plc confirms extension of warrant exercise period up to 30 September 2010
London 18 August 2010. In regard to the warrant securities issued by London Hong Kong Exchange Plc (“LHKX PLC”) in accordance with the Warrant Instrument dated 30 April 2010, LHKX PLC confirms that the warrant exercise period is extended up to 30 September 2010 under the same terms and conditions as before. The registered holder of a warrant is now entitled to subscribe at any time during the period up to 30 September 2010 for all or any of the number of ordinary shares specified in his/ her warrant certificate(s) at the subscription price of €0.20 per ordinary share.
LHKX PLC understands that for various reasons outside of the Company’s control, there have been very substantial delays in regard to the delivery of the warrant securities to the Warrantholders and this is a significant factor in the decision to extend the warrant exercise period.
