amounted to 2.98% (corresponding to 2,422,279 shares of a total of 81,309,610
shares) - rounded on two right-of-comma positions - pursuant to Art. 22 (1)
Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG. Of this percentage of Oppenheimer Funds, Inc., 0.62% is
allocated to the Oppenheimer International Small Company Fund and 2.36% to the
Oppenheimer Global Opportunities Fund.
On 04 April 2013, the share of voting rights of Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp.
