Snipp Announces Amendment to Terms of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/11/13 -- Snipp Interactive Inc. (the "Company"), an international provider of mobile marketing solutions listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX VENTURE: SPN), today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an amendment to the terms of 810,000 stock options that were previously granted on February 25, 2013 to three directors, three officers and four employees. The exercise price has been increased to $0.10. The original exercise price was $0.075. The options are exercisable at any time at a price of $0.10 per common share and expire on February 25, 2018. The Board believes this is in the best interest of shareholders.
