Credit Union Debuts First in the Region Personal Teller Machines
(firmenpresse) - EAST WENATCHEE, WA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/12/13 -- Gesa Credit Union is delighted to open the doors to their eleventh full service branch. The new facility is located at 303 Valley Mall Parkway in East Wenatchee and boasts a variety of new high-tech enhancements to increase member service and satisfaction.
The branch debuts the first Personal Teller Machines (PTMs) in the northwest. PTMs make banking fast and easy while providing personal, one-on-one member service. Members who use PTMs can conduct typical transactions through live video tellers, including cashing checks, making deposits, transferring money, making loan payments, and more. "We're very, very excited about adding another convenient location for our members, complete with PTMs," said Christina Lethlean, Gesa President and CEO. "This high-tech offering will allow us to affordably operate a full service branch in a smaller retail space while infusing the local economy with a few new jobs as well."
The branch will have one assistant manager and three member service representatives. It will also feature video conferencing with off-site mortgage and commercial lending officers, touch screen kiosk technology to access more information about credit union products and services, a dedicated commercial banking window, and convenient Saturday hours.
