Huntington Announces Appointment of New Auditor and Resignation of Director
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/12/13 -- Huntington Exploration Inc. ("Huntington" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: HEI) announced that it has appointed Deloitte LLP as auditor of the Company effective April 11, 2013. The resignation of the Company's former auditor, BDO Canada LLP, was accepted by the Company effective April 11, 2013.
The Company also announced that Mr. Steve Harding has resigned as a director of the Company.
Huntington is an exploration-focused company actively pursuing opportunities in the oil and natural gas business in the Western Canada sedimentary basin.
