HELMA Eigenheimbau AG successfully concludes capital increase
Lehrte, April 16, 2013 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for
individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, has
successfully concluded the capital increase that it approved yesterday from
approved capital in an amount of up to 286,000 new shares under exclusion
of subscription rights for existing shareholders. As part of the
accelerated bookbuilding procedure, 240,000 new shares were successfully
placed at a price of EUR 13.50 per share among institutional investors in
both Germany and the rest of Europe. As a consequence, the gross issue
proceeds from the capital increase amounted to EUR 3.24 million, and are to
be utilised primarily for the further significant expansion of the project
business within the conurbation areas of major German cities. The company's
share capital will amount to EUR 3,100,000.00 once the capital increase has
been entered in the commercial register. The new shares will be included in
the Open Market (Entry Standard) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. M.M.
Warburg&CO KGaA managed the transaction as lead manager and bookrunner.
GBC Kapital GmbH acted as selling agent.
